Presented here are selected samples of pieces designed for a wedding in 2007. The project called for the design of bilingual invitations in English and Ukrainian.
Shown here is the wedding invitation package including an invitation and RSVP card with a pre-stamped envelope, as well as information for out-of-town guest such as hotel listings and a map to the various venues such as the ceremony, reception, hotels, and transportation.
The illustration work was inspired by the rich traditions of Ukrainian wedding symbolism paired with the clean lines of Canadian Inuit soapstone sculpture.
